2019: The year in numbers
2019 was a great year for Symphony Industrial AI and our customers. Our customers continue the rapid deployment and scaling of our platform, exceeding 500 active locations globally. They now collectively connect to more than 10,000 systems and devices that send, receive and contextualize 11 billion transactions a day. Best of all, our customers are reporting tens of millions of USD savings per year in asset and work productivity, yield and other cost improvements!
For Symphony Industrial AI, our revenue and the number of employees grew by over fifty percent in 2019, for a second year in a row. This allowed us to accelerate investments in the product and increase our capabilities across the board to support our customers’ success. We are so fortunate to have the best and brightest in the industry, with diverse backgrounds, committed to helping our customers solve problems differently, drive innovation and achieve amazing operational results.
As the new decade approaches and the fourth industrial revolution takes hold, we are excited about what 2020 will bring for our customers, our technology and the Symphony Industrial AI team. We expect it will be another amazing year for all!
