Replay: Achieving Operational Excellence through Manufacturing Intelligence Systems

  • Start time: Tuesday, June 21, 2011 10:00 am
  • End time: Tuesday, June 21, 2011 11:00 am

Are you up-to-date with what Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) systems can do for you and your operation?

Best practice manufacturers who have implemented MI systems have enjoyed high returns on their investments because they focused on their operating needs and targeted measurable results. Specifically, these manufacturers can point to immediate and sustained benefits of:

  • Increased operating margins
  • Reduced working capital requirements
  • Lower total cost of ownership (TCO)
  • Improved energy efficiency
  • Reduced warranty and compliance costs

Properly implemented MI systems offer payback periods as short as several months.  So, as the 2011 economic picture brightens, is your operation ready to leverage MI systems to meet your profitability, growth, agility, quality, and asset utilization needs?  Learn what your MI system should do for you in terms of driving competitive advantages and operational excellence.

This 2-part webcast is designed for executives, managers and functional specialists, alike. If you are responsible for operations, planning & scheduling, quality, EH&S, maintenance, program launch, manufacturing engineering and/or IT, this event is for you.
