Dean TruittDean Truitt – Chief Executive Officer 

Dean has 35 years of experience transforming businesses, optimizing manufacturing and supply chain operations and deploying software and technology solutions. He has been a strategic operations advisor to Fortune 500 discrete manufacturing, automotive, food and consumer products companies. Dean has been with Savigent since January 2017. Previously he was a leader at several high growth middle market companies in the roles of CEO, President and COO. He was a partner with EY and the National Leader of the Consumer Products Practice. Dean started his career with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in technology and performance improvement and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University.



John Mitchell – Chief Financial Officer

John joined Savigent Software in January 2018. Most recently he served in finance management roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) for 18 years in various business units including Applications and Supply Chain & Operations. Prior to HPE, he was the CFO of Rainier Technology, a high growth nationally recognized consulting company, which was sold to HP in 2001. He started his career as a CPA and audit manager at a national accounting firm. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.




Mark Besser – Senior Vice President of Customer Success

Mark joined Savigent in 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of engagement with our customers and prospects including sales, services and support. He also leads our alliance partner program and channel organization. He has more than 30 years of experience ensuring customers obtain the maximum leverage out of the investments they make in technology. Prior to joining Savigent Software, Mark held similar positions with Oracle Corporation, Guidance Software, Orion Consulting, and Cray Research.  He serves on the Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association (MESA) International Board of Directors and their Executive Committee, and on the Smart Manufacturing Leadership Coalition Board of Directors.  Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University, and a Master of Business Administration in Information/Data Management from University of St. Thomas.


Bill AntoskiewiczBill Antoskiewicz – Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales

Bill has over three decades of experience as an executive in sales, marketing and customer service operations. He has led large scale business transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients with Ernst & Young, Capgemini and dunnhumbyUSA. He previously served as SVP Marketing and Sales for Archway Marketing and EVP of Strategy, Marketing and Customer Operations with WorkflowOne. He has also held sales management roles with industry leaders such as Scott Paper Company, Hershey Chocolate Company, Ralston Purina and Ralcorp Holdings. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, and has served on a number of industry committees in the Retail, Food and Packaged Goods industries.


Ben Nielsen – Chief Technology Officer

Ben brings over 20 years of experience in technology and product development and is responsible for leading the development and expansion of new technology solutions for the Savigent suite of products. He has an extensive background in business technology, working with companies in a variety of industries to take high-technology products from conceptualization through development to release. He has also held positions at Edgile, UnitedHealth Group, Wireless Ronin Technologies, PeopleNet and GE Capital. Nielsen has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Iowa State University, and is the author of several approved and pending patents.



Steve BarnettSteve Barnett – Vice President of Customer Success

Steve is a Savigent founder and member of the Board of Directors. He has over 30 years of operations management experience and led the team that developed Savigent’s Workflow product, which was granted a patent in 2014 for its Workflow management system. In his role as Vice President of Customer Success, Steve has global responsibility for customers in the semiconductor industry helping to minimize variance, improve efficiency, standardize processes and implement Smart Manufacturing solutions.




Rick StrahlRick Strahl – Director of Customer Success

Rick has over 35 year of experience in management consulting, innovation, program delivery, manufacturing operations improvement and the application of information technology. He is driven to help customers maximize return on investment and realize value through pilot projects and global enterprise deployments. He has worked across multiple industries including healthcare, medical device, semiconductor, consumer packaged goods and food & beverage at every level of global operations from strategic planning, sourcing, operations planning and production control.  He currently serves on Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association’s (MESA) Americas Board of Directors and various MESA committees.

Ernest MillerErnest Miller

Ernest is an operations strategy and improvement expert with more than 25 years of experience. He assists companies in solving operational issues to increase profits, reduce costs and grow business. He has led major manufacturing improvement initiatives for GM, Ford, Mitsubishi, AAM, NCR and many other companies. Prior to forming Optio, Ernest was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and then a Partner at EY Consulting for 10 years leading the Operations Excellence Practice.
